After more than ten years operating out of the corner office of the Riverbank Discovery Centre, Brandon First expanded our operations and we have officially moved into our new location on the Second Floor of the Dome Building. Formally titled “Display Building No. 2”, the Dome Building restoration project has been years of painstaking work in the making and could not have come to fruition without our community pulling together in the way only a city like Brandon can. We are so lucky to come to work in this beautiful #PrairieCastle every single day.
If you want to come for a casual visit, a more formal meeting with Brandon First, or just a tour of this beautiful building, come down and see us. We are here Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
For those who haven’t already updated their records our new mailing address is as follows:
1200 – 13th Street
Display Building No. 2 – Second Floor
Brandon, MB R7A 4S8
Additionally, while our phone numbers and email addresses have stayed the same we do also have a new Toll Free number if you have contacts for events who are out of town and want to call us with no long distance: 1-888-710-8152
We look forward to welcoming you all to our new space!
Thank you to our Silver Level Stakeholders for your continued support of Brandon First. We would not be the amazing organization we are without the support of this community.
In addition to the win for Brandon First, the Royal Canadian Legion National Youth Track and Field Championships took home 2017 Event of the Year and Festival Park at the Riverbank Discovery Centre was recognized for all the partnerships required for that project to be successful. Jackie Nichol, who sits on our board, accepted for the Legion Nationals as she also sits on this year’s local arrangements committee. Former Brandon First board member Lois MacDonald accepted Riverbank’s award for Festival Park, while staff member Jennifer received our marketing award.
